How does the free trial work?
You get full access to the plan you select for 14 days. Enter your card at signup — you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before then and pay nothing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you get immediate access to all features.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Paying annually saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at checkout based on your country and business status. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can apply the reverse-charge mechanism.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. If Keptt is not the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit for annual plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I add more branches (locations) later?
Yes. Essential includes 1 branch, Complete includes 2. Extra branches cost €19/mo on Essential (€15/mo on annual billing) or €29/mo on Complete (€23/mo on annual billing). Add them anytime from Settings — each branch has its own team, registers, and data.
